About Sweet Deco Cookies

Sweet Deco Cookies was born in 2012 when I moved from México to the always sunny California.

I graduated from Dental school in 2004 and after years of running my own clinic I decided to follow my heart and married the love of my life who was living in California. I closed my clinic, packed my things and moved to Huntington Beach, CA.

Because California doesn't allow for foreign dental graduates to revalidate classes I started decorating cookies has a hobby.

With time and practice and not knowing how much I would love baking cookies, family and friends started asking me for cookies and finally in 2017 I decided to make it a brand and start my own cookie business. After a few years in California and due to work, the business was moved to San Antonio, TX in 2019.

Since Sweet Deco Cookies was born, I've been taking constant classes, perfecting my recipes and meeting a lot of amazing people that I consider friends and not just customers :)
